Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe on a dating app. What neither of us expected was that one match would turn into a two-hour phone call that flew by. From the very beginning, conversation came easily, and it felt like we had known each other for years.

When we finally met for our first date at a Mexican restaurant, any nerves quickly disappeared. What was supposed to feel like a first date felt more like catching up with an old friend. Between great conversation, plenty of laughs, and a shared love of good food, we both knew there was something worth exploring. At the end of that first date, Samra's best friend Amanda confidently declared, You're going to marry him. At the time, we laughed it off, but it turns out she was right.

Since then, we've spent our time trying new restaurants, making memories, supporting one another through life's ups and downs, and building a relationship rooted in friendship, trust and love. What started with a swipe and a two-hour phone call has become our favorite adventure, and we're so excited to celebrate the beginning of forever with all of you.
